Precision Series^® Blanket & Knitted Fitted Sheet Folder

A compact folder and (optional) stacker in one unit, the Blanket and Fitted Knit Sheet Folder can fold and stack items as large as 55″ × 90″, fitted sheets, bath (flannel) blankets, and thermal blankets with precision and speed.

This folder makes two primary folds and two cross-folds; all folds are knife through pinch roll, and are adjustable to within 1/4″

Designed to process knitted fitted sheets, thermal blankets, airline blankets, bath blankets, underpads and oversized pool terry.
Runs up to 155 feet per minute and can fold items as large as 55″ x 90″
The folder makes two primary folds with air, and two cross-folds; with an air blast for the primary fold, and a knife through pinch roll for cross-folds, and all are adjustable to within 1/4″.
Vented doors are equipped with a heat shield and IP68 sealed cooling fan to support temperature control of the drive system.
The color touch screen control is field programmable with 99 available programs. The control provides intuitive and precise control functions.
User friendly interface is used for all selections of programs, and for troubleshooting
Photoeyes are installed on the 2nd primary guard and cross-fold guard for improved operator safety.
Independent drive systems, VFD drives (variable frequency drive) provide for greater processing control and less mechanical maintenance.

Production Capability

Folder with Stacker

When operating with a Braun stacker (optional), the settings such as stack count and conveyor advance can be adjusted simultaneously from the folder. This saves time and reduces user interface with the equipment.

90 Degree Swivel Discharge Conveyor

This folder can also be ordered with an optional 90 degree swivel discharge conveyor.
