Precision Series® Small Piece Folders are available in three different configurations, the Return-To-Feed, Rear Discharge, and Triple Sort as shown here. They are ideal for folding small items such as towels, incontinent pads, pillow cases, scrubs, pajamas, and patient gowns. Fast, compact and versatile, these folders can process as fast as your operators can feed, for the highest production rates in the industry!
Triple Sort
- The Triple Sort machine sorts up to three different size goods by length of part, automatically adjusting for width and fold and then stacks according to size.
- Folds all sizes of towels and items to 42″ x 72″ w/French Fold.
- Sorts, Folds and separately stacks towels, scrub shirts & pants, gowns, incontinence pads
- Auto width detection automatically adjusts fold width depending on the part being fed
- Does not need to be slowed down for sorting capabilities…unlike other manufacturer’s models
- Optional right or left-hand discharge
- 140 fpm Processing Speed
- Towels: Up to 700/Hour
- Gowns: Up to 600/Hour
- Incontinence Pads: Up to 800/Hour
- Features an hour meter for planning periodic maintenance
