Braun Loose Goods Shuttles are available in the following models:
- OPSH44 for 200 – 400 lb. wash floors
- OPSH66 for 400 – 600 lb. wash floors
Overview
- Engineered for the Braun 450 lb. and 650 lb. automated open pocket washer/extractor systems with auto or manual functionality
- Automatically travels to the washer/extractor, aligns, and accepts goods from the tilting machine. The shuttle then travels to the next available dryer where it automatically advances the goods and loads the dryer.
- Bumper and tape switch safety devices ensure that shuttle hazardous motion will come to a complete stop in accordance with OSHA and ANSI safety requirements.
Ride-On Shuttle Option
- Braun’s SafeLoad® Shuttle System provides a completely integrated solution, which maintains automation, yet provides the ability for the operator to interact with the shuttle controls providing improved productivity over the standard loose goods shuttle or a completely manual ride-on version.
