Shuttle System

Introduction

• Significantly enhances washroom safety!
• Ride-On functionality provides operators a safe means for loading and unloading open pocket washers and dryers – virtually eliminating all hazardous motion.
• This system is also available in a non-ride on configuration!

Scanner

• The scanner safety device ensures that the shuttle’s motion will come to a complete stop in accordance with OSHA and ANSI safety requirements.
• This system is capable of establishing multiple operational scanning zones to optimize productivity while eliminating hazardous motion safety concerns.

Shuttle Video Cameras

• The ride-on configuration shuttle is equipped with multiple video cameras to capture travel blind spots.

Video Monitors

• The ride-on shuttle configuration is equipped with video monitors to view travel blind spots captured from the exterior cameras.
• This system is capable of establishing multiple operational scanning zones to optimize productivity while eliminating hazardous motion safety concerns.

Foot Pedal

• The foot pedal safety device is required to be pressed for any shuttle functionality to occur.
• The door lock must be closed in order for the foot pedal to activate shuttle functions.

Door Interlock

• The safety rated door interlock device works in conjunction with the foot pedal to insure the operator is present in the cockpit for shuttle operation.

Shuttle Fan

• Fans are standard in all Braun Ride-On Shuttles, providing for a more temperate workplace
